In-store design services
We offer complimentary in store design services. Our wonderful staff is here Tuesday through Saturday to help select colors, custom upholstery & furniture layout. Please bring pictures of your space with measurements so we can better help you find that perfect piece. In-Home Delivery and Assembly
Delivery is available for our immediate community within a 1.5 hour drive time. Our delivery fee is calculated by time & distance. For a quote, please email us at Hello@SuCasaSalida.com or call, 719-539-4343 with your address. Our delivery fees include assembly of items purchased at Su Casa! Furniture and we assure everything is placed exactly where each homeowner requests.
Mattress Care Tips:
It is normal for our bodies to take up to 4 weeks to adjust to the improved support of a new mattress.
Body impressions are normal. Your new mattress will begin to conform to your body and impressions will form over time. It does not reflect a defective mattress. For all mattresses, especially kings, spend time in the center of the mattress to keep a high spot from forming in the middle.
It is recommended that you rotate your mattress monthly for the first 6 months, once every 3 months thereafter to lengthen the life of your mattress. This applies to mattress toppers, too.
Please leave the sewn-in tag at the head of the mattress attached. This is your warranty information, and you cannot file any claims without it.
A mattress pad or protector is highly recommended to protect your mattress. I’m sure you understand, the warranty is void if your mattress is dirty or stained.
Depending on the memory foam in your mattress, the firmness/softness could fluctuate with the temperatures in your room.
Cooling features in your mattress material will be less effective when used with non-breathable or synthetic sheets, comforters or mattress covers. Room temperatures will also affect the cooling materials performance.
RETURNS & WARRANTIES
We appreciate your business! Here’s everything you need to know about our return and warranty policies:
• We will gladly accept returns on non-sale items within 48 hours of pick-up or delivery date for exchange or store credit.
• All returns after 48 hours must qualify as a warranty issue with the manufacturer.
• We offer restocking on custom special orders for a 25% restocking fee.
• We’re sure you understand that bed linens & bed pillows are not returnable.
• PLEASE, DO NOT REMOVE THE LAW TAG FROM YOUR NEW MATTRESS, IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY!
• Mattresses cannot be returned that have been taken out of the manufacturer’s shipping bag. They must quality as a manufacturer’s defect for warranty claim.
• We cannot give cash or credit card refunds.
• Sorry, all sale items are final.
