We started Su Casa! in February 2009 with the “see a need, fill a need” approach. As we have grown, we have had the opportunity to employ some amazing people who are responsible for creating the face of Su Casa!. Our team is a huge part of why people love shopping with us. Jill “Bella” Prewitt

She sprinkles the fairy dust on the showroom floor! Bella has been with Su Casa! since 2014. With her she brings a life long dedication to creating beautiful, balanced and harmonious spaces. Having a background in film, photography, garden design, visual merchandising and wardrobe styling, Bella offers valuable insight to our customers looking to transform an ordinary house into a stylish home.

Mark Dowd

Mark came to us with a can-do attitude and since 2015 he has helped us grow in every department. On the sales floor, he is our go-to for all reclining questions, has repeat customers that ask to work with him specifically and leads the way on keeping the showroom clean. Mark also assembles furniture and is part of our delivery team. Outside Su Casa!, you may find him searching for a new vinyl to add to his extensive record collection or see him walking Rusty, his favorite chihuahua rescue.

Chris Brown - Delivery & Assembly

Chris has been a member of the Su Casa’s delivery team since September 2020. He enjoys hiking in the mountains and reading in his free time.

Shawn Smith - Delivery & Assembly


Shawn has been a great part of our delivery team since February 2021. He is a local native to Salida and loves to prospect, rock hound, be outdoors and spend quality time with his wife and kids.

Jaymie Fullmer

Jaymie is our latest edition to the team as of 2024. She grew up in Salida and has since returned home after pursuing her degree in architectural design. With a deep passion for personal expression, she believes that every element of a home should tell a story. Her design guidance focuses on curating furniture selections that reflect individuality. Additionally, she is the funky mastermind behind some of our social media presence. When she’s not running around on the showroom floor or forcing the team (Mark) to be a part of silly Instagram videos, you can find her sipping chai, antiquing for quirky trinkets, or teaching her new puppy, Bobby “No bark, please!”
